It has natural insulation (the refrigerator is kept cool from air coming through the foundation); it's got a wood burner for heating; and it also has solar panels to power the lights, stereo, computers, etc.. Ok, so you do a lot of fetch-quests, and the ending is nothing to write home about. But the rest of the core game experience is really fun. Wandering about a post-apocalyptic world with a pet dog, scrounging together bits of anything just to create usable weapons, and the ability to target specific parts of an enemy's body all work to make a great single-player experience.
